A meeting, lecture, or corporate event? The Achelse Kluis offers various inspiring spaces. Room ACHEL is the well-appointed room next to the terrace and the inn. This space is suitable for groups starting from 30 people and can accommodate up to 95 people. Room PASSEUR, located next to Room Achel, suitable for groups starting from 5 people and can accommodate up to 30 people. Both rooms are equipped with the latest technology, including a new laser projector that can be connected wirelessly or via HDMI, sound connections, Wi-Fi, lighting, and acoustic panels to reduce sound. Want to combine it with lunch or dinner? Absolutely possible!

Since the beginning of 2024 we have made the dining hall of the Abbey available for special corporate events or business occasions. This room can be arranged according to your personal preferences, can be heated, is equipped with an adjoining industrial kitchen, and there is plenty parking space for all your guests. If you are interested in hosting your corporate event at the Abbey, please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

Achel beers make your corporate event more flavorful!

Hosting a corporate event outside of The Achelse Kluis and want to offer Achel beers? No problem! We have mobile tap installations available for corporate events or any kind of parties. You can purchase the beer from us or your local beverage supplier. If you would like to borrow glasses, please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss the details with you.

Would you like to combine a corporate event with a tour through The Abbey? No problem! We can create a personalized package for you, allowing you to explore the abbey before or after the event. It’s also possible to arrange a menu or buffet with the Inn.
